Thanks again to Rebecca Woodard race director for having my radio station be a host...I managed a 13th place finish out of 199 with a 19:48 on the challenging "Flat Out 5k" that has a nice little climb up 5th street before taking a right hand turn past S'Up Dogs and climbing up to the finish at the Willis Building...great effort by all on a warm day, grabbed a medal for 3rd in the 40-49 age group
