Each selection is guaranteed to feed your creativity as well as your stomach. Customers can choose from a selection of toppings. Some of which include mac and cheese, bacon bits, caramelized onions, and barbecue sauce. The burgers are made from 100% Australian beef burger patty, fresh vegetables, as well as that unique bun.
Two of the more interesting burger options on the menu include the Darth Burger and the Nacho Tuesday Burger. The Darth Burger includes a black Lego bun with caramelized onions, mushrooms, bacon, garlic and barbecue sauce. The Nacho Burger has a fun orange bun with lettuce, tomato, chili con nacho chips, and cheese sauce. Whatever your choice, we are sure it is going to be a tasty adventure.
Owner of the restaurant, Jergs Correa is a fellow Lego lover and wanted to mix food and the toys together. Well…without being a choking hazard! Brick Burger also has a variety of other dishes like hot dogs, pasta, chicken wings and burger steaks. To top off each meal, they have a large dessert option that also has a fun lego theme. In their Brick Dessert ice cream, customers will receive a sweet treat sprinkled with Legos. We can only imagine that the version of Legos inside of the dessert is edible as well!
Inside of the restaurant, customers are encouraged to build on Lego tables. According to the company's website, they also have a series of Lego creations on display. In one post, they encouraged customers to view Batman's headquarters at the restaurant.
Currently, Brick Burger is on affiliated with the well-known toy. However, it would be smart for Lego to franchise Correa's creation and bring it to the entire world.
